The platform can be compared to Google Alerts. The way they are different is not only the effectiveness, but the convenience. Critical Mention turns the same information into usable reports that Google Analytics would require you to do so manually. It also analyzes these reports in ways that can allow businesses to make informed decisions on ways to improve in the future.
Critical Mention recently started offering media databases. It is a media contact database that contains over a million records and took about 18 months to develop. With plenty of time and effort, Eric believes it is very accurate and will be helpful to all clients that choose to pay for this add-on to their subscription. Something Eric is looking forward to for the brand is the intergeneration into Google Analytics. He believes that this will make the platform “a more all in one platform and it will be more inclusive.” As someone who has a background in digital marketing he believes that this will make the platform more user friendly as all resources will be all in one place.
