She believes that you can not create phenomenal customer experiences without creating phenomenal employee experiences. These two things go hand in hand. It is also important for companies to isolate and act on feedback, rather than just continuing collecting data. In her words, Shannon believes that listening, learning and adapting are critical to any company’s growth and success.
