On this episode of Marketing News Canada, Shelley McArthur Everett interviews Frank Bach, Lead Product Designer of Headspace.
During this episode, Shelley and Frank discuss the meditation and mindfulness app, Headspace. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Headspace has seen an uptake in users, specifically amongst CEOs looking to support their staff and employees in ways beyond health care packages. With that in mind, Headspace recently merged with teletherapy company Ginger, which will help businesses provide online therapy to their employees. Headspace was previously seen as a meditation for beginners or entry-level learners. The app has since grown and established itself within all levels of meditation, including educating users in other areas of wellness. What makes Headspace stand out is that it continuously creates a space that is psychologically safe for its employees to be creative and innovative.
