Marketing News Canada Reveals 2023’s Top PR, Marketing and Communications Professors and Instructors

Marketing News Canada is thrilled to announce today that the 2023 list of Top PR, Marketing and Communications Professors and Instructors in Canada has been released. The winner of this year’s coveted list was Tiffany DaSilva. Ben Borne and Antonia Mantonakis were also finalists.

Tiffany DaSilva teaches Marketing and SEO at McMaster University and Growclass, an online growth marketing training and community. She has been teaching in Ontario for 10 years. Tiffany has also created an expansive SEO audit for over 300 companies. The custom audit includes a 30-50 page report, an hour-long video, task lists, a best-in-class content template, a strategy meeting and more.

Finalist Ben Borne teaches Public Relations, Business Administration and Marketing at First Nations University and Jelly Academy, a digital marketing school. He has been teaching in Saskatchewan and virtually nationwide for two years. Finalist Antonia Mantonakis teaches Marketing and International Business and Strategy at Brock University. She has been teaching in Ontario for 20 years.

This is the second year that Marketing News Canada has released this annual list honouring the educators across the nation who are making a difference in the lives of students and shaping the future of PR, Marketing and Communications in Canada. These winners are all being recognized for their individual impact on the Canadian education system. Recipients were selected via an online application process that was carefully reviewed by an established jury.

“Post-secondary educators play an integral role in shaping the next generation to enter the PR, Marketing and Communications industries,” said Marketing News Canada Founder Darian Kovacs. “This annual list is essential when it comes to acknowledging and appreciating the educators actively shaping the future of Canada’s PR, Marketing and Communications industry.”

“When I was getting into SEO/SEM, I was so lucky that people who I worked with took the time to sit and train me on SEO & PPC. They gave me the stepping stones to build a career that I am absolutely passionate about,” said Tiffany Da Silva. “Instructing means paying that kindness forward and helping the next generation, and the ones who may be working in silos where this type of training isn't possible. I do it for them, and it is probably the most rewarding work I do. "
