Local Newsletter, Capital Daily, Raises $150,000 for Neighbourhood Housing

Vancouver Island Newsletter, Capital Daily, has made headlines following a recent fundraising success for the local community. In just ten days, Capital Daily surpassed its original goal of raising $110,000 and went on to collect more than $150,000. Funds were raised as part of the Holiday Donation Drive organized to support local families in need. Capital Daily’s contribution was made in collaboration with the United Way to benefit Neighbourhood Houses in Greater Victoria.

How did this locally-grown newsletter go on to raise this amount ahead of the deadline?
