Golin Promotes New Vice President to Oversee Consumer Business

Golin, a global public relations agency, recently announced the promotion of Shaday Livingston to vice president to oversee consumer business.

Shaday has been with Golin for more than two years and oversees the firm’s consumer health business (with clients that include Johnson & Johnson and CLIF Bar). Golin said that Shaday also plays a key role on the leadership team in Canada – building strong client and vendor relationships, developing best practices for the agency, and mentoring a large team of client managers and influencer and earned media specialists. Shaday will report to Renee Weekes Duncan, senior vice president of Golin Canada, and will continue to work closely with managing director, Lindsay Peterson-Chisholm.

“Shaday is not only an exemplary leader but she has a proven track record of building partnerships with clients and driving organic growth,” said Peterson-Chisholm. “Her creative and strategic abilities combined with a warm and collaborative approach allow us to create our best work and continue the impressive growth trajectory we’ve experienced over the last seven years.”

Livingston brings more than 12 years of agency experience to the role, previously holding the position of Director. Throughout her career in Canada, she has worked with several notable consumer brands including, LG Electronics, Mattel and GSK.

Golin also made several additional promotions earlier this month including Sisi Berhe and Noah Gomberg to Directors, Allison Chin to Senior Manager, and Meagan Forde and Carly Newton to Managers.
