Yahoo DSP Just Opened Its AI Ecosystem to the Entire Industry

Out of Toronto this week, Yahoo DSP announced the Agent Network, an open framework that connects advertisers directly to AI-powered agents built by some of the industry's biggest technology partners. Rather than locking advertisers into a single native AI system, it lets them plug in specialized tools across every stage of the media buying workflow, from audience targeting and campaign activation through to creative and measurement, all within one connected ecosystem.

Launch partners include names Canadian advertisers will recognize: DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, Kochava, and Innovid among them. MiQ is also on the list, which is a notable thread given the company's expanded Sigma platform dropped new Canadian capabilities this same week.

For advertisers, the practical shift is straightforward. Instead of evaluating disconnected tools and managing manual handoffs between platforms, teams can now activate their preferred AI partners directly within Yahoo DSP campaigns. Enterprise-grade governance, compliance, and authentication are built in, so the flexibility does not come at the cost of control.

Built on a broader agentic AI strategy Yahoo DSP introduced at CES 2026, the framework operates around what they call a "Yours, Mine, and Ours" approach: bring your own AI, use Yahoo DSP's native agents, or combine both. Adam Roodman, GM of Yahoo DSP, put the intent plainly: interoperability has always been central to how Yahoo DSP operates across identity, data, and measurement. This is that same principle applied to the age of agentic AI.

New partners, deeper integrations, and Agent-to-Agent capabilities are already in development. Partners interested in joining can connect with the Yahoo DSP Business Development team through a certification and onboarding process at advertising.yahoo.com.
