Fatouros-Richardson’s journey with the company spans four years, during which she has showcased exceptional leadership, dedication, and versatility, earning her four promotions along the way.
In her previous role as Director of Communications and Government Relations, Fatouros-Richardson played a pivotal role in overseeing various critical functions, including external and internal communications, corporate social responsibility initiatives, government relations, and crisis management.
Her strategic approach and ability to lead her teams to success significantly contributed to the company's enhanced brand awareness, differentiation, and overall growth.
