Made in partnership with Marc Balaban and Pixel Thoughts – a live meditation experience, Marketer Meditation is a 60-second mindfulness practise that allows participants to write down stressful work thoughts and/or feelings and use the moment to release negativity and reclaim peace of mind.
“This industry can take a toll on our mental health – especially during this time of year,” said Julia Morra, Executive Creative Director of Gene. “So, we wanted to create an experience that invited our peers to unplug, catch their breath and reset the day – even if it’s for a moment. Hopefully, Marketer Meditation can offer a small reprieve from the always-on cycle of our business and put things into perspective.”
Marketer Meditation provides a 60 second guided meditation that asks the individual to write down their worries inside a star-inspired content box, let go and watch it fade away; all the while listening to audio with healing frequencies.
