Elevate Media Group Makes New Strides for 2SLGBTQI+ Communities

Showing up authentically for 2SLGBTQI+ communities is a prerequisite for authentic marketing that’s grounded in purpose, according to Elevate Media Group. The agency, a full-service, 2SLGBTQI+-focused marketing agency, is leveraging its expertise in reaching diverse 2SLGBTQI+ Canadians year-round to create campaigns for its latest additions to its roster of clients.

The first client Elevate Media Group hopes to make history with is Puma. The duo’s work is set to take flight during Pride season with the launch of a customized campaign for the sports brand and its Forever. Classic. line. The collaboration showcases the harmony of two companies both committed to authentic engagement. The media release announcement said that Puma is committed to authentically engaging with 2SLGBTQI+ communities through product donations to local 2SLGBTQI+ organizations. This campaign will also include influencer relations and branded and unbranded content published by IN Magazine – Canada’s leading 2SLGBTQI+ digital publication, website and community platform – the publishing arm of Elevate Media Group.

Merck and its Gardasil 9 HPV vaccine are also showing up for 2SLGBTQI+ communities by sponsoring IN Magazine’s annual Pride Hub, a national, digital directory featuring Pride events and initiatives from across the country where visitors can find information from local Pride centres and networks. The pharmaceutical company is working with the creative agency to amplify its messaging through digital activations that meet communities where they are.

Meanwhile, Anova Fertility & Reproductive Health, will be working with Elevate Media Group to create a campaign around their innovative Pride Parenthood program. The campaign also supports 2SLGBTQI+ communities as challenges can often arise for individuals wanting to start a family. The agency will be there to guide Anova as it looks to address community needs and help make the journey to parenthood more achievable.

Benjamin Chafe has been the agency’s director of business development for almost one year. He is tasked with overseeing corporate partnerships and executing campaigns. Elevate Media Group said Chafe’s passion for collaborating with 2SLGBTQI+ communities is evident and shown through the new client wins he has secured in a short period of time.

“It’s been a year of monumental growth for Elevate Media Group and IN Magazine,” says Chafe. “We’re beyond thrilled to welcome new corporate partners and to connect them with 2SLGBTQI+ Canadian audiences.”

Elevate Media Group said it plans to continue educating and guiding businesses and brands on how to authentically engage with 2SLGBTQI+ communities, with the goal of causing a ripple effect where marketing campaigns use their power for social good.
